Conference Guest Public speaking

After years of working with clients across the spectrum of the mental health field.

From  private practice, incarcerated and traumatized men and woman, adolescents who are struggling with anger and addiction, those suffering with severe and persistent mental illness, as well as Veterans from the last 3 wars.

Through many challenges and adaptations, I have blended what I believe to be the most effective techniques and strategies utilizing evidence-based practices such as MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) along with Positive Psychology and Eastern Contemplative Practices to work with clients suffering from the many forms of emotional dysregulation issues. i.e., anxiety, depression, anger, bipolar, and BPD borderline personality disordered clients. I will share the essential techniques and practices from these modalities to find the best results in treating clients and better attuned to their needs.
